  • How does check-in work?

    You will receive an email/SMS with check-in details on the arrival day, the latest at 3.00 pm.

  • Can I check in earlier than 3.00 pm?

    Please contact us one day before arrival so we will check the possibility of early check-in.

  • Can I check out after 11.00 am?

    Please contact us one day before departure date so we can check the possibility of late checkout. An additional fee applies. Check out at 2.00 pm costs 650 NOK. Check-out at 5.00 pm costs 1250 NOK.

  • How do I change my reservation?

    Please contact us at info@staynorth.no for any changes to the reservation. For cancellations, see terms and conditions.

  • Do you offer baby cot and chair?

    Yes, please contact us in advance and we will arrange it upon arrival.

  • What about parking?

    There is parking available at Paradis, please contact us for reservation. There are car parks for long-term reservations at Hinna as well. You can also use the public car park nearby, which is operated by EasyPark. In central Oslo, street parking is limited, and most spaces are subject to fees.   • Is there an elevator in the building?

    All our buildings have a lift.

  • Are pets allowed in the apartments?

    Your pets are welcome to stay with us in specially allocated apartments and at an additional cost. Please contact us in advance to clarify availability.

  • Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

    No, smoking is prohibited. There is a fine of NOK 3,500 for any offence.

  • Do you have an age limit?

    Our guests must be at least 21 years old. Children under parental supervision are allowed.

  • What are the apartment's quiet hours?

    The quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

  • Do you offer breakfast delivery?

    We aim to find a solution with breakfast delivery for our guests.

  • Do you have Lost and Found?

    If you have forgotten something, please contact us. We will look for it and let you know as soon as possible. If the item is found, we will contact you. We keep forgotten items for 3 months.

  • Do you have a luggage room?

    We don't have a luggage room, but we can store your luggage for your next stay with us free of charge.

  • Do you offer airport pick-up?

    We offer airport pick-up at an additional cost, please contact us in advance to check availability.

  • Do you have wheelchair accessible apartments?

    Most apartments are easily accessible from the elevator, but we do not have handicap facilities inside the apartments.

  • Do you have any additional services available?

    We offer grocery shopping when needed.

  • Where do I report problems in the apartment?

    Please contact us via mail or phone to report any technical issues. We will attend them during working hours 8.00–16.00 (Monday – Friday).
