The reservation can be cancelled or changed at no extra cost before the notification period expires.<\/p>\n<p>The cancellation policy depends on the length of the stay. The notification period counts from the date we received the cancellation\/change request email.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservation 4-7 days - 1 day notice<\/li>\n<li>Reservations from 8 days - 3 days' notice<\/li>\n<li>Reservations 30-89 days - 7 days' notice<\/li>\n<li>Reservations over 90 days - 14 days' notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The same conditions apply to reservations where the cancellation notice was not delivered. The cancellation notice must be sent in writing. If the company signs an individual company agreement, the terms of the agreement will apply.<\/p>\n<p>If the reservation period is changed and the length of stay is reduced to a number of nights that does not fulfil the conditions for a long-term reservation (30 days+, 60 days+, 90 days+), the daily rate will be adjusted accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>If the notice arrives when your stay has already started, we will charge you for nights used and those covered by the notice period. If the reservation is extended, the same terms and conditions apply.<br \/>\nIf there are changes in location, apartment type or date, the price will be adjusted accordingly.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Payment options<\/h3>\n<p>Payment is made via online payment. All reservations arranged directly with us should receive the payment link prior to your arrival date. We accept the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Trustly, Swish, Vipps, ApplePay. If invoice has been agreed as the form of settlement, we will check the company's creditworthiness before the scheduled arrival date. Invoice fees will automatically be added to that bill.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Complains<\/h3>\n<p>All complaints should be submitted in writing as soon as possible to give us the opportunity to address the issue and resolve it.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Early check-in<\/h3>\n<p>Standard check-in is at 15:00. If early check-in is required, please contact us one day before your arrival date to check if it is possible. Early check-in is free of charge.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Late check-out<\/h3>\n<p>Standard check-out time is 11:00. If late check-out is required, please contact us one day before your departure date to check if this is possible. An additional fee will apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check out at 14.00 costs NOK 650.<\/li>\n<li>Check out at 17.00 costs NOK 1250.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Access to apartments<\/h3>\n<p>If there is a need to enter the apartment due to technical work, cleaning, fire alarm, or suspicion of a technical fault, employees are authorised to enter the apartment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Cleaning<\/h3>\n<p>Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. The housekeeping department works from Monday to Friday between 8.00\u201316.00 and during these hours performs the cleaning services. Weekly cleaning includes changing linen and towels, dusting surfaces, cleaning of bathroom, removing garbage, vacuuming, and mopping the floor. While cleaning, toilet paper, hand soap, and shower gel will be refilled, and new kitchen towel provided. Final cleaning after departure is included. The apartment should remain in the same good condition as upon arrival.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Smoking<\/h3>\n<p>Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of NOK 3500 will be charged.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Damages<\/h3>\n<p>Damage to furniture, electrical\/electronic devices, walls or floors caused intentionally, through negligence or improper use, is subject to compensation and will be charged accordingly. Guests are obliged to follow the house rules and report damages when they occur. Guests are obliged to use a ventilation hood while cooking. If the fire alarm is triggered unnecessarily, a fine of NOK 5,000 will be incurred.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Pets<\/h3>\n<p>Paradis and Slottsparken are pet-friendly. A surcharge for extra cleaning will apply. For reservations 4-29 days, a fee of SEK 900 will be added. For reservations over 30 days, a fee of SEK 2500 will be added. All pet-friendly apartments are on the ground floor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Parking<\/h3>\n<p>We offer limited access to parking in Oslo. Please contact us for reservations. You can also use public parking in the area, which is managed by EasyPark.
